Take time to pause amidst a busy life and turn your senses inward. Poses correspond to root chakra and promote a sense of groundedness.

Wave One:

  • Reclined
  • Supine Twist
  • Hug Knee In
  • Ankle Circles
  • Reclined Pigeon
  • Half Happy Baby
  • Apanasana

Wave Two:

  • Cat/Cow
  • Downward Dog Movements
  • Low Lunge with Cat/Cow Movements
  • Cobra
  • Low Lunge to Inner Thigh Stretch
  • Vinyasa
  • Low Lunge to Half Splits Flow
  • Child’s Pose
  • Yogi Ab Workout
  • Bridge Flow to Apanasana

Wave Three:

  • Cat/Cow
  • Yogi Squat
  • Forward Fold with Clasped Hands
  • Vinyasa
  • Warrior II
  • Extended Side Angle
  • Goddess Squat with Twists
  • Wide Leg Forward Fold
  • Goddess
  • Warrior II with Cow Face Arms
  • Wide Leg Forward Fold

Wave Four:

  • Seated Forward Fold
  • Seated Pigeon
  • Seated Twist
  • Wide Leg Seated Fold with Side Stretch
  • Baddha Konasana
  • Savasana

  1. Did you draw those yourself??? Is that how you sketch out your classes? That is genius if it is, and your stick figures are super good. I never thought there was a range of stick figure art but mine definitely do not look like that.

    1. Hi Liz! I’m so happy you found me and I’m pumped someones enjoying the blog! I’m currently taking a step back from teaching (as of tomorrow actually) to give myself space before baby arrives! I hope to be back teaching this winter!
